We comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other standards, and we endeavor to provide flawless protection of customers’ important personal information.
Customers’ personal information will be handled appropriately within the scope of the membership application terms.
In order to handle customers’ personal information appropriately, we are making diligent efforts to protect personal information through maintenance of internal rules and an internal control system; training of employees; taking appropriate measures to prevent unauthorized access to personal information, as well as loss, destruction, falsification and leakage of personal information; and the implementation of an ongoing review process.
In order to establish the above-mentioned purpose of use in relation to customers’ personal information, we may deposit information with our business consignees and partners. In such cases, we will select companies that take adequate care to protect personal information, and we will take necessary and appropriate measures such as the execution of agreements regarding protection of personal information. Moreover, in cases where disclosure of information is demanded by public institutions such as courts and police organizations based on laws and ordinances, etc., we may provide information to the relevant public institutions.
If a customer wishes to have his/her own personal information disclosed, etc., this will be dealt with promptly within the bounds of reason provided that the customer contacts the store where their membership is registered.
